Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIMELINES

Orders are packed and shipped Saturday-Thursday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date, however, your order processing may be delayed by an additional 1 business day, if placed after 5pm EST. Orders placed on the weekend (Friday) and select holidays are processed on the next business day. This includes all orders with Expedited shipping and international orders.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

International Orders, We send customers a notification email containing tracking information the evening your order is shipped. You can also track orders by logging into your account. Click on ‘My Orders’ and a tracking number can be found under ‘View’.

All orders are required to be delivered to the address inputted at the time of ordering. We are unable to process Pickup requests or change of address requests.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All orders valued over QAR 6000 will require a signature before the carrier can release the package. Please make sure that an adult is available to sign for the package during the expected time of delivery. All deliveries inside Qatar  made cash on delivery by Abdullah's Collection Delivery Team

SHIPPING INSURANCE

All orders are fully insured against damage, loss and theft. Shipping insurance is free.

SHIPMENT FEES

Please note that the shipping fee of QAR 15 for ground for orders under QAR 130 for 2nd day. QAR 30 for urgent delivery inside Qatar
